At CasedWheels, we take great care in packaging and shipping our products. Since our products are carefully inspected before dispatch, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or personal preferences. 

Damaged Product During Shipping

We provide a replacement only if the product has been damaged during transit.

To be eligible for a replacement, customers must:

Record a continuous, unedited video while opening the package.
Ensure that the shipping label and package condition are clearly visible in the video.
Show the damaged product clearly in the same video.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video as proof.

Important Notes
Claims submitted without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.
The unboxing video must be recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened and must not contain any cuts or edits.
Minor packaging wear and tear that does not affect the product is not considered shipping damage.
We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the above requirements.
Refunds

We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be considered if a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability or other exceptional situations, at our sole discretion.
