Orders are shipped through our designated logistics partners, including India Post.

Tier 2 Cities: 7–8 Working Days
Tier 3 Cities & Remote Areas: 10–11 Working Days

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

CasedWheels does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Personal preferences after delivery

Replacement requests are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

To qualify for a replacement:

A continuous unboxing video must be recorded while opening the sealed package.
The damage must be clearly visible in the video.
The claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
